Win, Lose or Draw: Leaders’ Debate Party

26.03.2010

Date: Thursday 15 April

Join us for the UK’s first televised leaders’ debate, for a lively evening of commentary and conversation, together with food and drink throughout.

The US Presidential debates are seen as major campaign turning points, but it is not always clear whether it is the cutting words or a calm display that win on the night.

We’ve lined up two expert commentators to help guide us through:
- On the war of the words: Stryker McGuire, contributing editor at Newsweek magazine, editor of LSE research and associate of Lombard Street Research, will give his perspective on what will be happening in the spin rooms as British politics goes Presidential
- On the battle of the body language: Judy Apps, body-language expert, broadcaster and best-selling author of 'Voice of Influence' to help us spot the 'tells' and interpret the other non-verbal messages.
We hope you can join our friends and colleagues for what could be a defining night for British politics.

6.30pm: Drinks, snacks and canapés throughout
7.30pm: Expert preview and analysis
8.00pm: Debate on the big screen

Places will be limited so please RSVP to hannah.vincent@fishburn-hedges.co.uk.
