Managing all the marketing and communications for the introduction of the C-charge in London was a landmark project for Fishburn Hedges. A team of up to 15 worked tirelessly for two years to overcome political opposition and a sceptical media and public to launch the world’s first major congestion-busting system.cchargelogo It was a classic integrated programme – with media relations, stakeholder relations, advertising, direct marketing, research and design all under our direction – for which Fishburn Hedges won the Gold Effectiveness Award from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising in 2004.
