Fishburn Hedges Group has acquired specialist corporate reporting firm, Pauffley, it was announced today. Pauffley will combine with design and brand identity company, FHD, to create a new top 50 design consultancy, which has ambitious development plans, in particular the strengthening of its digital offer.
The to-be-named company will be based within Fishburn Hedges Group’s offices in central London, with a physical move likely in early July. The management team will be headed by FHD’s Adrian Day and Pauffley’s Patrick Eastwood, as managing director and deputy managing director respectively.
Day said: “The fit is excellent, as Pauffley’s experience and reputation in corporate reporting take us to a different level and, importantly, provide us with a much better platform for developing our overall digital offer.”
Eastwood said: “Pauffley’s clients and our people will benefit from being part of a larger, more diverse group with a wider range of opportunities, especially FHD’s experience in brand development and design.
