What are we looking for in our trainees?

At Fishburn Hedges, we are committed to hiring the best people in the industry, and we are extremely proud of our trainee programme and of our trainees. We are looking for bright graduates or post-graduates with excellent written and oral communication skills. A keen interest in business, the media (including digital and social media) and politics is important, and some relevant work experience is useful. A good academic degree is essential, as is a thirst for knowledge. You should be intelligent, confident and a good team player.

The process

After the initial application process, we hold a series of phone and face-to-face interviews with a selected group of candidates. We then host one Open Day at Fishburn Hedges for the outstanding candidates applying for each intake, where we test your communications knowledge and skills, and after this we make a final decision on whether to offer you a role.
