After 12 years specialising in corporate communications, with a particular interest in financial and professional services, I was asked to pick up responsibility for people development at Fishburn Hedges. Fortunately, I have always had a real interest in people and what motivates them at work.
With so many talented and ambitious individuals to help keep challenged, motivated and happy, my day is never quiet, but it brings huge rewards.
However, I can't quite give up the consultancy bug and still work on a number of issues and crisis-led projects.
